Chondromalacia
Chondromalacia describes injury, destruction or abnormal appearance of cartilage within a joint. Chondromalacia is most commonly described in the knee (Chondromalacia Patellae) and is usually the result of irritation or inflammation in the joint that has the cartilage to become eroded.
