Paget's disease of bone
Paget's disease of bone is a condition in which a person (generally older than age 40y) has ongoing abnormal bone changes that gradually cause bones to be misshapen (usually enlarged) and weaker, leading to bone pain and fractures. The cause of this chronic bone disorder is uncertain.
