I have burning and itching in my rectal area but it is not hemroids. I have scleroderma and was told the disease has changed the skin in my anus?

I'm 18 and have no personal or family history with rectal/colon cancer. However, I've been experiencing most symptoms relating to the diseases (excluding bleeding, dark stool) for a week. Key symptom: rectal/anal discomfort. Should I be concerned?
