Upper belly pain
I assume you are referring to the epigastric region, the area between your breast bone and navel. There are many causes to pain in this area, and not all from organs in your "belly". It includes: lower lobe lung problems (pneumonia, tumors), heart disease, diaphragm irritation, and abdominal organs such as the liver, spleen, stomach, gallbladder, duodenum, pancreas, and kidneys.
