Sore or burning eyes

Should I stop taking Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) if I have burning eyes and a sore throat 5 days into a 14 day course? On it for Sinus infection.

Symtoms include the following: ear ach, runny nose, tearing eyes and burning, sore throat, head ache?

I was recently discharged from hospital with malaria scare. My hands and feet are itching and burning my head hurts and my eyes are burning my skin feels sun burnt although it's not and a very sore throat?
