Electrolyte abnormality

Ive done a blood test, ecg, echocardiogram, holter monitor, zio patch, stress test, and cta scan what other test can I do to find out the cause of my accelerated idioventricular no heart attacks, no drugs, no electrolyte abnormality?

I was prescribed Dexilant (dexlansoprazole) 60 mg for 8 weeks to heal my gastritis. Should I be concerned about anything? Electrolyte abnormalities?

Does longer term MiraLax (polyethylene glycol) use cause electrolyte or acid/base balance abnormalities?
