Caffeine allergy
There are 2 case reports of caffeine allergy published and both are from Spain. One patient had hives and the other had anaphylaxis. There is a higher likelihood of workers in the coffee bean industry developing work related asthma from the inhaling the dust of coffee beans before they are roasted.
