Douching
This refers to the systematic internal rinsing of the vagina. You typically use a kit specifically designed for this. A solution is in a plastic bottle like container with a thin tube (straw like) extending from it. The tube is inserted and the bottle is squeezed. The tube has a tip that allows the solution to spray around inside. The solution and any other contents can drain out of the vagina.
