Protruding breast bone
Protruding sternum is a feature in which a person's breastbone and the surrounding ribs at the front of the chest stick out more than normal. The feature is usually developmental (a child is born with some of the feature, and the feature gets more noticeable as he grows up), and is sometimes called pectus carinatum.
