Quadrivalent HPV vaccine
The HPV vaccine helps protect against the virus that cases cervical cancer. The CDC and American Academy of Pediatrics recommends the HPV vaccine for 11- or 12-year-old girls and boys. The vaccine series can be started beginning at age 9 years and can be given up until age 26.
