Lovenox (enoxaparin) is a low molecular weight Heparin (lmwh).
Unfractionated Heparin (UFH) and all other lmwhs must be injected to be effective. There are, however, multiple other anticoagulant oral meds that might be used depending upon the reason you need anticoagulation. They have some trade offs in cost and complexity, however.
