How likely is it she could get oral herpes from you, and then transfer it to your genitals?

In brief: Unlikely
Having a women become colonized and infected with your herpes simplex virus and then transferring the same virus to your genitals through oral sex is very unlikely.
It is far more likely to occur through oral sex when the recipient has not yet been infected with the strain of herpes in your mouth. Since oral sex became more acceptable we see this transfer occurring frequently.
