I have scar tissue on my ACL scars how do I get red of it?

Scars(esp .Patellar tendon) take 'awhile' to mature...Some will take as long as a year to fully mature in my experience.Wait...Also if out in sun apply sun block to scar...If scar is wide and raised (keloid-like) after a year u may want to see a plastic surgeon(this is fairly rare).Good luck!
