In brief: Variety of ways

Most common is to mix baking soda and water together into a paste and put it on the sting area.
Make sure you have removed the stinger too! an old indian remedy is put the cut side of an onion on the spot. You can also use orajel, that will numb the area and help with the pain. Hope this gives you a few ideas! wishing you a fast recovery!

In brief: Benedryl and Advil (ibuprofen)

I don't see that every day, but as long as you are not having an allergic reaction, you can take benedryl and otc pain med like advil (ibuprofen).
It should be better fairly shortly.

In brief: Three things-

Otc pain medication such as advil, motrin, aleve (naproxen) or what you normally take for a headache, suck on ice chips, and time.
There is nothing else you can do. If your tongue is swollen, taking benedryl may help as well.
