In brief: No

Breastfeeding does not cause "saggy" breasts.
The ligaments in the breast will naturally stretch with change in weight with pregnancy. Also, larger breasts will sag if you do not wear a supportive bra for everyday use and exercise.

No and further more what difference does it make? Should not the best thing for your health and your babie's health be more important than appearance.
A good supportive bra will help during and after nursing, and if you are a professional runway fashion model, you'd probably want to get plastic surgery to "fix" it if it really needed to be fixed. Don't let this be a reason not to nurse your baby.
