High myopic, hv floaters n see spots, oct test done twice, said retina is normal, my retina doc said bright spots could be traction of retina..Is it pvd?

Traction on the retina occurs during posterior vitreous detachment(pvd).
The patient experiences flashes of light. Oct test is good, but the gold standard is still binocular indirect ophthalmoscopy. Pvd can occasionally cause a retinal tear with retinal detachment(rd), so you were correct to see your eye md. High myopia increases your chance of rd. Get checked every few weeks until PVD is complete.
