I am allergic to almonds (itchy mouth and it becomes difficult to breath), but I am fine with almond milk (i have a dairy allergy), why is this?

In brief: Good question

First thing that comes to mind is that you might not be allergic to the actual nut protein but to a common fumigant used to treat almonds during production.
(in fact, seeing your other allergies reinforces this possibility.) an interesting read: http://foodidentitytheft.Com/trying-to-avoid-almonds-that-are-gassed-heres-a-little-guide/ *don't use this guess of mine as a reason to try almonds again*.
