In brief: Perhaps but

What you are feeling is not uncommon.
The nerve endings surrounding the root of the tooth are often inflamed following rct. This should subside within 24 hours. If not, call your dentist as occasionally pressure builds up within the tooth and requires opening it up again for treatment and relief. Take some otc pain medication or that prescribed for you in the meantime.

In brief: Not in the tooth

The bone around that tooth is probably still a bit inflamed, and that's what you're feeling.
People wrongly assume that since there is no nerve inside the tooth, they won't feel anything at all... They forget there are also nerves outside the tooth which can cause pain or sensitivity.
