In brief: Need diagnosis

Egd wasn't negative as you have antral erosions.
Unopacified bowelon ct is a non specific finding. What did biospy show? Consider infectious disease evaluation. Need further GI evaluation with pill cam or enteroscopy.

In brief: Need more information

As far as the unopacified loops of small bowel this is often mentioned on ct scans because unopacified small bowel can appear thick walled due to non-distention.
The radiologist is just saying one cannot be specific about the unopacified small bowel. As far as the lymph node aggregates these would point to infection, inflammation or lymphoma. Depending on their size and location you might discuss the option of biopsy or pet ct.
