Upper left chest ache since 2010. 2 cardiologists, 2 nst's (normal) and one echo (which showed mvp) at my wits end. Ideas?

Chest pain. There are many causes for chest pain. Some relate to the heart and some don't. Without more information can't say. In a 29 yr old, sharp pains are less likely to be heart but not impossible. Ask your dr. What he//they think is going on.
