In brief: Bed bugs
Wash any clothes and bedding in your home and then place them in a hot dryer for a few hours.
Even when you think these items couldn’t possibly get any drier, put them back in for a second round. It’s better to be safe than sorry. In this case, it would be okay to bag items immediately after to be put away into storage. You will also need a professional exterminator very experienced with bed bugs.

In brief: That's a hard thing.
Declutter entire bedroom & any other effected rooms.
Check this site for instructions: http://treatmentforbedbugs.Com/ place all junk in tightly sealed plastic & dispose of it. Wash clothing, linens, towels in hot water. Dry on highest heat - then repeat. Place clean items in a sealed bag to prevent re-infestation.Steam clean what you can't place in drier. Vacuum everything using a disposable.

bag. Seal bag & dispose of bag. Next, use a STEAM cleaner everywhere (every crack & crevice). Use a non-toxic spray after cleaning or consider using fossil shell dust. You may need to repeat this process more than once. Now with this said- this is a tough job – you might want to consider using an exterminator that specializes in bed bug removal.
