In brief: Retrograde flow
Quite common especially if you have some prostate enlargement and/or taking some medication for it, retrograde ejaculation (semen goes into bladder) may occur and thus you may not see it at time of climax.
It is common and not dangerous. If this bothers you, consult your doc for other options... Good luck.

In brief: Can be corrected
You have a condition called aspermia.
It is caused by retrograde ejaculation. The semen enters the bladder instead of the penis. This does not affect sexual pleasure. It does mean that you are unable to get your partner pregnant. There are medical treatments which can help but if not you will need to see an infertility specialist.
