In brief: Dermatologist
Dermatologists have a number of techniques for improving the appearance of acne scars: dermabrasion, chemical peels, dermal fillers, laser treatments.
Seek out a dermatologist well versed in these techniques for the best cosmetic results.

In brief: Acne,skin care,
The better recommdation is laser. They are multiples , the best we are seeing is fraxel laser .
The recommendations depends of how deep, location, age..... Normally we ask the patient to see a dermatologist or a dr. With the expertise on laser and acne treatment.

Normally at that age we can start with oral antibiotic and some creams. See your PCP, check the acne presentation for better treatment.

In brief: Laser
Laswr resurfacing either by carbon dioxide or erbium can improve s ars.
Fractionated laser, where a percentage of skin is treated heals quickly in as little as 3-4 days with the erbium. Since a portion of the skin is treated side effects are limited to redness for 1-2 weeks and can be repeated if desired for additional improvement. In addition long term filler such as artefill can lift large scar.

In brief: Can't remove scars
Nothing will remove acne scars.
There are treatments that may make them less visible. This includes laser resurfacing, dermabrasion, some chemical peels and dermal filler injections. See an experienced facial plastic or dermatologic surgeon for advice.
