In brief: If you are getting

Relief with your exercises at 4x/wk then maybe it needs to be 7x/wk and/or modifying your activities or increasing your core workouts.
Sometimes, use of otc meds with activities that may provoke your symptoms can help modify the symptoms as well as long as there are no medical reasons that you cannot use medication like Ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen)..

In brief: Core strengthening!

The benefits that you get from stretching will be short lived if they are not complemented by a core strengthening program. A good physical therapist that specializes in treating patients that perform sports similar to you can not only give you a program that is tailored to your level, but can also look at the mechanics of the activities that exacerbate your symptoms- and can prevent them.
