In brief: Back pain

It could just be back pain, but other problems may be present.
It could be an early urinary tract infection or preterm labor. If it resolves with some tylenol (acetaminophen) and a heating pad or warm shower its more likely just back ache. If unsure call your OB doc/provider. Even on weekends someone is usually on call.

In brief: Use discretion

Some minor back pain is normal when pregnant.
If the pain is getting worse or unbearable, or a different type of pain, than consult your OB dr. And let them know, so they can evaluate the issue. Good luck.

In brief: Back pain

It's very common for pregnant women to experience back pain later in their pregnancy.
There is no effective treatment, however, except for delivery. Stretching exercises, maternity support belt, physical therapy can be tried. If your back pain is associated with other symptoms such as abdominal cramps or bleeding or fluid leakage, see your doc immediately.
