Is there any other treatment to battle labyrinthitis  other than prednisolone.  i have used this for 29 days and my hearing has not improved.?

if the MRI is negative an audiogram should be done to assess the nature of your hearing loss followed by an ENT evaluation to consider Ménière's disease
