In brief: Maybe, no, and no
Measles still circulates in india so vaccination may be needed depending on your past vaccine history.
Smallpox has been eradicated and there is no yellow fever in asia.

In brief: Maybe, No, & No.
There are no "required" vaccines for travel to india (yellow fever is the only "required" vaccine, and there is no yf in india).
However there may be "recommended" vaccines depending on your history. Discuss hepatitis a vaccine, typhoid vaccine, and others with your travel medicine provider. Smallpox was eradicated from the planet in 1980 (a great vaccine success story!).
