In brief: GI bleeding

Your symptoms suggest some degree of lower GI tract (colonic) bleeding.
These could be unsuspected hemorrhoids, polyps, or diverticuli. I recommend seeing your doctor. A colonoscopy seems indicated.

In brief: You may

Have a small hemmorroid.
Everyone gets real nervous when you talk about rectal bleeding. I'm sure you had a colonoscopy. If so, and normal, and if u go a lot, it may b from wiping too much. Good luck.
