No, there is no sulfa in this combination. On the other hand, drugs such as Septra and Bactrim do contain sulfa as well as trimethoprim.

I agree with Dr Chiu. Polytrim is not a sulfonamide containing antibiotic, therefore may be used in patients with Sulfa allergies.
