I have hemorrhagic cystitis blood still in my urine. Would it have red and white blood cells if it is coming from kidneys?

Casts. The presence of red and/or white cell in the urine does not help in differentiating the source of kidney vs. Bladder. If red cell or white cell casts are present, those only come from the kidney.
