It feels like I always have to pee and I have a slight burning sensation in the tip of my penis. I've never been sexually active. What could this be?

Pee more often. The best answer is to check with your urologist to make sure nothing is wrong. While waiting for your appointment, try drinking cranberry juice regularly, and increasing your daily water intake. Sometimes irritation of the distal urethra is just from not peeing often enough, so diluting + acidifying + increasing volume of your urine (hence peeing more often) may resolve this symptom. Good luck!
