I'm 32, w/ anaphylactic & severe food allergies to literally every food except 12 things and keep developing new ones. I don't have ee (tested multiple times). My docs are stumped, I need to find help?

Allergist /Gastro. I would suggest seeking the advice of an allergist and or a gastroenterolgist to help narrow down the diagnosis.
Specialized center. You suggest that the food causes the anaphylaxis. If so, and it is not related to any other activity such as exercise following eating, then you should consider pollen allergy or exposure to a common protein that cross-reacts with other foods. This is an very difficult problem to diagnose and you might benefit from specialized evaluation at mayo clinic, u of michigan, or ucla food allergy center.
