Can vitamin D3 with glucose syrup elevate your glucose blood test level?

Not by much. In glucose tolerance test, 50 gms of glucose is given, and a normal rise of blood glucose from that is about 30. I can't see a couple of grams raising it significantly.

Serious deficiency. The level that you're at is critically low. You need to start proper supplementation right away. It's also important to take vitamin K2 and vitamin A along with D3.
