Has any one found that taking vitamins and soy helps with menopause symptoms?

Probably not. Vitamins are not known to help with menopause symptoms, but taking calcium and vitamin d may help protect your bones from osteoporosis, which develops after menopause. Soy foods were thought to help with symptoms, but the latest study did not show that they had any effect.
