Can microdermbrasion remove wrinkles from under eye skin? And once the protective layer goes can it grow back?

Depends... ...On how deep the wrinkles are. Microdermabrasion is a superficial peeling procedure that lessens *small* wrinkles, surface discoloration, and sun damage. There is little or no recovery time, but a series of them is usually required. It works, if your expectations are realistic, and if you have it done by someone with the proper skills, i.e. Not some nurse's assistant in a spa.
Microdermabrasion. Not really, it is just a cleaning process that removes the outer most layer of the skin, the stratum corneum.
