In brief: Limit games/TVhrs/wk
To avoid childhood obesity and eye stain and/or accomodative spasm in children and "college myopia" in elementary school, high school, and university/college, prolonged near vision tasks should be balanced and boken up with exercise breaks & eyelid blinking to moisten eyes (corneas can dry out with inhibition of blink reflex during intense/prolonged reading/video games etc).
