Chest pain on right and breathing problem?

Be seen. Chest pain can come from many causes, with the most serious relating to heart problems, including early heart attacks. Usually that pain is on the left side, but it can be anywhere. Associated shortness f breath is very concerning, and other causes like a blood clot (pulmonary embolism). Best to get cheked.

Complication of TB? Given that your friend is taking TB medicine, i assume that he's being treated for tb, either active or inactive. Given his chest pain and fever he should be evaluated for a complication of TB such as abscess around the lung or drug resistant tb.
