In brief: All are different
"bible cysts" refer to a mass or swelling on the top of the wrist which is a ganglion.
It is usually round and non-tender. Tendinitis in the back of the hand or wrist is more diffuse and at times painful. Carpal tunnel syndrome occurs with pressure on the median nerve on the palm side of the wrist with numbness, pain, and tingling.

In brief: Wrist pain
You must have wrist pain to be thinking of these conditions.
A ganglion cyst is often visible or palpable, the others are not. Nerve damage and carpal tunnel syndrome are best diagnosed by nerve conduction studies, although the symptoms they can cause may also help make the diagnosis. Tendonitis is often worse with certain movements, when the affected tendons are put under strain.
