In brief: VERY Rare Under 40
Breast cancer is very rare in men, and is rarely present prior to age 40.
Regardless of one's age and gender, it is always best to see a doctor if one finds a new breast lump.

Men do not think that they can get breast cancer , diagnosis is delayed, due to late stage, prognosis is poor

In brief: 20's
Most cases of male breast cancer are detected in men between the ages of 60 and 70, although the condition can develop in men of any age.
I have seen a case in a patient in their 20's.
