Hi! you should hold pressure on it if it is bleeding.
Some gauze pads and ice would be great. Once the bleeding stops, try not to touch or bite your lip, apply vaseline or polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) ointment 5-6 times a day. Lips heal fast. Good luck!
