Dx bronchitis sunday- xray clear. Worked mon/tues. Went to my reg doc yesterday. diangosis pneumonia right lung. Can you have pneumonia & not feel horrible?

Actually, the cxr findings of infiltrate tend to "lag behind" the clinical symptoms.
That means you will feel better before your cxr findings resolve. Also, there are some viral pneumonias that produce less symptoms than bacterial pneumonia. Overall, how you are doing clinically is more indicative of the infection resolving than your cxr results. Cxr needs repeating to show total resolution.
