In brief: Multiple options.
Facial spider veins are very common and there are many alternatives to treatment.
What is used usually depends on the experience and training of the treating physician. Options include sclerotherapy, infrared pulsed light, laser, veinwave, veingogh and microneedle radio frequency.

In brief: Depends...
On how many you have and your skin type.
Individual veins can be "zapped" with an electrocautery needle or a laser (ktp, ruby, etc.). People with hundreds of tiny veins need treatment with an intense pulsed light (ipl) or similar device. Some spider veins have an underlying cause, which needs to be addressed as well if it is present.

In brief: Various Lasers
Spider veins on the face are typically treated similar to spider veins on the legs, and do not require surgery or any major procedure.
Because the face is so vascular, these veins typically respond very well to treatment. There are several very good laser options available, as well as the newer thermo-coagulation systems. Treatment is quick, simple and safe, but may take several visits to complete.

In brief: Maybe injections
If you have the right skin type, lasers can be a great choice.
Thermo-coagulation is also a good choice, espeically when skin type is a possible issue. For some facial veins, sclerotherapy can also work very well.
