Can babies teeth at 6 weeks?

Early teething. Some children can be born with "neo natal teeth" many times they are lost early too.
Unusual. Possible, but very unlikely. I have seen teeth erupt at 3 months but rarely.
Early. There are small calcified bodies, called enamel pearls, or soft tissue eruption cysts, that are rarely seen. Teeth usually don't begin erupting until 6-15 months, but occasionally at 3 months. See pediatrician or pediatric dental specialist.
