In brief: Depends

If it is elective surgery it is typically better to clear up the fungal infection prior to having the surgery.
If it is an emergency then it can be done and treated simultaneously.

In brief: Oral candida

Infection usually occurs as a result of taking antibiotic, steroids, or both, or w immune system issues.
Treat w rx antifungals. Depending on the situation, some oral surgery would be delayed for a few days while gaining control of the thrush issue. Other procedures might not be affected at all, certainly if the anti fungal therapy is initiated in conjunction w the surgery. Ask ur surgeon.

In brief: Probably not

But the decision will be made by the oral surgeon.
The concern is that thrush does not usually occur in a normal adult. You should have your immune system checked carefully and also be tested for hiv. Good luck.
