using your crutches make sure they are not pushing against your armpits, as it is especially important for normal healthy blood and lymphatics flow in the proximity of the breast tissue!
be safe and follow up with a podiatrist or orthopedic surgeon.

if you have good balance with your crutches then you should be able to walk either nonweightbearing or partial weightbearing on the foot through the Cam Walker. Movement of the great toe would indicate that there is still irritation around the fracture site and perhaps the extensor or flexor tendon is involved in the injury
