Childcare work is not a sure escape for stress.
Far from it. Indeed, for many, the lack of structure in home environment, plus the lack of clearly demarcated goals, limited interaction with adults, vague feedback re performance, & the never-ending nature of the "project", result in more anxiety. Try to find work that fits you, but be sure to develop the capacity to handle the stress inherent in life.
