Are you eating a balanced diet? Do you skip breakfast? Are you depressed? Drink (too) much caffeine? Getting adequate sleep?Had a checkup recently (don't want to miss iron deficiency or anemia, underactive thyroid, etc).
Sometimes, drinking fluids can help clear the mind; get up and do something active. Sometimes, eating low fat, high protein food can be energizing, e.g. Yogurt.
