Is ciprodex otic (ciprofloxacin and dexamethasone) good after expiration?

Yes. Manufacturer is warranting 100% effectiveness until expiration date. There may be a very small/gradual decrease in effectiveness after expiration date. But that is still very significant effectiveness for treating ear infections. Still ok until you get a refill or run out.
