In brief: Too much?
"too much" is a relative term. Basically no.
If you have a medical condition, ie cancer that is being monitored by ct then the benefits outweigh the risks. If you are getting a ct for no reason then the risks (small but finite) outweigh the benefits. Any medical procedure is not a binary state. There is a continuum of risks and benefits.
