Is vaginal creamy white discharge sign of pregnancy?

Should not be. Creamy white discharge is a bit more concerning for yeast vaginitis or other inflammatory conditions. You typically have more mucus--even a mucus plug in the cervix, to protect the pregnancy (prevents inflow into uterus), but this mucus is typically thicker and more on clear side and not creamy. Check a hpt to be sure. If persistent, consult doc. Good luck.
Although milky white. Discharge can be an early pregnancy sign, that does not mean it is diagnostic of pregnancy. If your period is late - take a pregnancy test.
